Merry Christmas! This is another booklet that I published in limited numbers (about 10 physical copies) for my friends a few years back.
This booklet details the ships that the players Of a “TCS” game designed with or without help. Each player got a different world at different tech levels and different population sizes, None of the players where experts in ship building for Traveler, it was a “hey lets play this game and see what happens” type deal…
Well here’s what happened, at least with the ships. We played for about 52 turns over the course of the summer of 1985. None of the combats where out right knockouts. Interestingly, the TL10 player put up a good fight against one of the TL13 players and they ended up forming an alliance.
Had we continued this scenario the next summer I believe the players would have designed much better ships for the second war.
